            I shipped a package and the receiver never received. When I went to the store multiple times to file a claim, I was repeatedly referred back to the customer service email and phone number. Once placing calls and emails, the online service providers refer blame back to the *** store in which I sent the package initially. The amount in question is the refund of my shipping cost $16.71 plus the minimum shipping insurance provided. I would like the refund as each time I call, the *** customer advises this shipment has been cancelled. I did not complete this action as I still waiting to get me refund.

            I'm calling the *** store and they keep rejecting my calls. Why? I can't be there in person right now its concerning an account that I had. I'm not in the state so I need to contact them. I also asked about the pricing for po boxes and the pricing have shot up significantly. I was also lied to about the pricing. I called another store nearby and it was definitely cheaper by atleast $200.00. It socks that *** doesn't show prices online so we wouldn't have call in.
