Cost Low Tree Service LLC was hired by a neighbor and trespassed onto my property located at *************************************************************************** and trimmed a large tree of mine on October 12, 2021 without my permission. My neighbor gave *********************** permission to trim the tree. The property line was clearly marked with a rod iron stake as I just had my property surveyed. The new survey was filed with **** County ******* on 9-24-21 (Plat Book 280 - Page 544). Also, the grass was cut much lower than the neighbor's property. Cost Low trimmed the tree all the way around (not just the limbs that were hanging onto the neighbor's property). I called ***** on Friday 10-15-2021 and left a voice mail. ***** called me on 10-18-2021. I told him he trespassed and trimmed a tree that was on my property without permission. He said he questioned the neighbor about the property line of the tree and was told it was their tree. I told ***** I wanted the tree taken down and the ***** grinned for restitution for him trespassing. ***** agreed to cut the tree down and remove the ***** by the end of week (10-22-2021). The tree was not cut down and the ***** grinded therefore I called ***** on 10-22-2021 asking why the tree wasn't taken down and the ***** removed. ***** stated that someone had to pay him to cut the tree and grind the *****. I told ***** that the wrong information given to him by my neighbor was between the neighbor and him. ***** said he would have to have a survey (which he has used this in past complaints for trespassing onto other people's property knowing the survey would cost a couple of thousand dollars and most people wouldn't do the survey). To his surprise, I informed him that I recently has a survey completed in September 24, 2021. ***** then agreed to meet with me on Monday 10-25-2021. I called ***** at 4:01 on 10-25-2021 and was pushed to voicemail. I left messages on 10-25-2021, 10-26-2021 and 10-27-21 and no return call. We will peruse legal avenues at this point

We went out looked where the tree was trimmed the limbs hanging over neighbors house we cut back to property line which is legal cause anything hanging over youre property you have the right to cut. By law

No you didn't just cut the limbs hanging over on the ******************************************************************** property! You cut/trimmed the entire tree all the way around! I have pictures (before and after) to prove this! BBB please tell me how I can upload the pictures!

The service was great. The owner is a real piece of work. He made me think the tree was too bid and charged we 6 times more than a bid I got 3 years ago. Stupid me gave a large deposit. Why? He went straight to the bank and CASHED THE CHECK. When he came to do the work with his crew that tree was down in 20 minutes. I agreed to give another check for $1000, but heard his workers say they may not be paid because he had already cashed the check, so again stupid me gave him $1500. Funds were not going to be available until Wednesday or Thursday. He said he'd hold the check. That lair went straight to the bank again. I am 72 and live alone. My spotless bank account is now comprised because of him. I trusted him. He is the worst of the worst. Don't do business with Cost Low Tree Service owner!!!

It's a sham when the company dose what was agreed up on and then get slandered like this the date that was on the check is when it was cashed so if that was a problem the holding date should have been on the check Mrs ****'s was a satisfied customer when the job was finished.

I trusted him to hold the check. He said he would. I was satisfied with the job, but he ripped me off on the price.

He told me he would hold the check until I could get the funds. I trusted him. He lied to me.
