I ordered a gold rope chain from JFL through Affirm, I loved my necklace till 3 months later the clasp broke. I called wanting refund or exchange cause they have a "6month warranty" on all jewelry, well I was told no. So I'm now still making payments on a necklace that should have lasted me years but only got to wear it for 3 months!!! I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. The prices are good because the quality of the items are extremely poor. I even saw a video from a guy that ordered a necklace from JFL that was supposed to be "real" gold and it stuck to a magnet. So after what happened with my necklace and JFL not giving me a replacement or refund and seeing what they say is real gold stick to a magnet that should show everyone what type of scam company JEWELRY FOR LESS REALLY ISReview from Alyssa K

Horrible company.Have been trying to contact them and I CANNOT REACH A SINGLE PERSON.I ordered a diamond promise ring for my girlfriend and no matter what I do call or email I have not received any information back regarding my order! I ordered in Dec.30th and still have yet to even receive a TRACKING NUMBER and it is now Jan. 8th!! Something needs to be done about this scam company!!!!!Review from Marv C

Horrible company dont even buy they scammed me out of 2600$ for a chain and refused to refund after they were reimbursed for item by carrier as they deemed it lost or stolen the company hasnt communicated barely and never can get them n the phone beware never deal with this company and anyone reading this dont be scammedReview from V.A.

I purchased a necklace, but when I got it and looked at it I preferred to return it so I could get a thicker size of the same necklace. Everything went well with the return process until the day it was marked "delivered" by USPS. On the information I reviewed with my USPS when I was there to do the return, everything was correct on the box with the return address I was sent but the company, but after sending an email to the company to confirm it was delivered I was told they checked with their returns department but it didn't seem like it was returned. After a few other emails I sent I was told their postal officer is trying to locate the package. According to the post office the person that delivers that route is very familiar with that company so they would get with that person. I feel like because I didn't purchase the insurance I was ripped off for a refund...and to think I was returning to spend more money.
