My experience with Samson Handyman Service has been absolutely horrible worse experience I have ever had. They sent an estimate to repair work on my house and did not complete what was agreed on. They tried to charge me additional money for the work which I believed was already in the estimate. They also left trash on my property, why would they leave trash on someone's property that is just really wrong. They are more concerned about making money and does not put the customer first. They try to nickel and dime every single line item on the estimate and then at the end tell you that the work was not included in the estimate. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not use them if you care about your property. They really have no concern for making the customer feel comfortable. I would advise to find another company to do the work. I tried to contact them and all they did was try to add more money to get the work completed. I would not trust them to do any work on my house as I am not sure what state it would be left in. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away from this company if you care about your hard-earned money.
