This is a horrible company and the fact that they are still in business doesnt make any sense and nobody wont even do nothing about it. The fact that the house we were living in had live animals and the plumbing issue was so bad that it was human waste coming into the back yard I told summer ****** about the situation and she didnt do nothing about it.

I am unable to locate a tenant in our system named ********************. I have found two properties we manage in ************** that has a tenant or occupant with the last name ******, but neither property has maintenance requests referencing live animals or sewage/septic issues. I would be happy to look into your complaint, but I need more information to make an accurate response.Customer Response

The lies that are being told just like when I put a review and pictures on your website of the plumbing issues but you took them down so people wouldnt see how such a horrible company that you are but I do have the pictures and the request still so I will be making sure to report you all to the right peopleReview from keosha b

Horrible company. I stayed in one of their properties for 3 years. When I purchased my home in 2019 and moved out they withheld Mt entire deposit for things they were negligent on, like there smoke detector they did not have batteries. There doorbell that did not work. Said that i left trash in the home when I did a entire walk through with someone from the property management and they checked off on everything. They took my entire deposit of ****** and they charged me a prorated rent when i left on the 31 and paid my entire month's rent for that month There is a special place in h*** for this company!!
