              We took possession of the house in May of 2015. The build quality is substandard and it took three years just to settle the issues that were detailed in the 11 month inspection. Since that time we have continually experienced issues that are not normal with a new home. All of the major mechanical systems have been subpar. There are 20 fixtures on a single electrical circuit, The entire HVAC systems has been replaced due to improper sizing and installation. I have a door that has been replaced 3 times and it is still leaking due to the improper initial installation. There have been several plumbing issues that are a direct result of the plumbing not being installed properly. Every time that I have dealt with this company they have given me run around after run around. Each time that I have called it is a different person to speak to and they don't solve the issues that they are asked to. Frankly I am tired of dealing with them and I have just started to fix the issues myself. I thought about it and this is not fair to others that are looking at buying a home from this company. They should be aware that these homes are not as advertised and that is why I am filing a complaint.
