I wish I could put 0 stars. This company is a scam. They have terrible customer service. They are not black owned, although they tout themselves to be. They are Chinese. They do not answer customer service emails although their site does not state that emails will be ignored. They will only respond to WhatsApp days later. They are not helpful. I did not receive my package, but they keep telling me to just return the item. The item was to be shipped to wrong address, and I tried to cancel prior to the item shipping. I sent many emails immediately after the item was ordered. Then I also sent a message to a WhatsApp number. I used the email that was on their site under the contact us section for am customer service. There are no hours of operation listed or time zones posted at all. They responded two days later and said that the item gad shipped out before I emailed that. However, that would be impossible as I sent out multiple emails less than ten minutes after ordering. Protect yourself. Do not patronize this business. When I finally did speak to a person, they were very nasty and threatening.
