      I signed up for a vball league with this company. The dates of the league were 3 weeks of July and the rest in August. I was available for the July weeks but August, I would only be available for some of the later games as I have to coach on Thursdays in August.I could only get three of us to sign up for a team. I called multiple times to this company, most of the time they didn't answer the phone but I was able to speak with them twice via phone. When speaking, I was told not to worry about it. It happens all of the time, & brushed it off. They continued by adding us to play the following week knowing we only had 3 players signed **.In email, I was told they would put additional players on my roster. Every day I signed into the website to see if the roster was updated with new players, it wasn't. I then sent an email asking to please add additional players. They said they were just going to add fill ins until they could find permanent players. The lack of communication was so unprofessional I felt defeated with trying to get a team together with the help of this club. My teammates went to the first game and said our team wasn't playing so they left. The next week they gave us a bye without asking us, they also deleted our entire schedule as if we weren't in the league. They said it was to give us more time to add players. But I had asked them before the league began to add players. Emailed this as well. *********************** also sent messages and never heard back. I sent an email to explain why I would like a refund and to take it seriously because I will report it. They took it as a threat. They took no accountability. They stated a waiver protected them from refunds. They told me it was my fault I joined a club that I was unable to make all the dates. No accountability on their actions and neglect on not adding team members in a timely manner and not communicating changes to their consumers which then made us feel helpless and neglected.
