    I have been going to this Dentist for years and customer service is horrible now. I would see *************************************** DDS. He was always nice but any dental work sent out to his lab would always have issues. Either they do not fit, they fall multiple times, are the wrong size,defective in appearance or quality. On top of that I deal with rude front desk clerks and managers. I paid for 2 bridges over $800 out of pocket a piece. I have had nothing but problems with them. The last one fell out for the fifth time, I called the office and told them and they said it shifted, come to find out it was never packed right in the first place. I told them I need a temp in my mouth so I could eat. I went there and they assigned some random assistant to put a temp in my mouth. They took some sort of impression and slapped a piece of material over my 3 missing teeth without securing it, it fell out again while I was waiting for an appointment for ****************** to fix this broken bridge. I went back to them they put the same type of temp on and would never return my calls for a follow up to repair the bridge that THEY HAD PUT IN MY MOUTH THAT FELL APART. I kept calling, they would not pick up the phone when I called they have caller ID. I had a credit on my account for $483.00 and I wanted my money back. I called from November 2022 to 1/10 2023 left a message with their answering service also, I still never received a call back. I called a human picked up I told her I want my money on 1/10/2023 and said I will be up there to get my money. I went up there walked to *************************** after being ignored for months asked for my money back , she acted like they were taking care of it, yet this was two months later. I now found out that I have a crown that Dr. **** put in my mouth July 2022 that has now cracked and he put this over a tooth that was decaying without taking care of the decay and now I have a cracked root. I am now going to loose this tooth because of his neglegence. I want refunded.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I Had a scheduled appointment for a Tuesday at 2pm. I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork etc. the doors were locked and a note was posted that they were at lunch until 2pm. At exactly 2pm the doors were unlocked. The receptionist got my name and temperature and told me to have a seat. I was informed that my insurance was not on file and I didn't fill out the necessary paperwork online. I informed her that the only "paperwork" I got in my email to fill out was a COVID screen and the day before I received a call from someone in the office to get my insurance information. The receptionist, whom was being very disrespectful, said we will have to reschedule the appointment because it would put me past my appointment time for them to enter paperwork and get insurance verification. I went back and forth with this girl about this not being my mistake and I was here 30 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork. She said we will see how long it takes, have a seat. I got up and wanted to show her the voicemail I had received, and I was told that I was stepping in front of someone else to have a seat. At this point my blood is boiling. It's not 2:30 and I can her the girl talking to the other that it was already 30 minutes past my appointment, so she calls me up to the front and says we're going to have to reschedule. I grabbed my insurance card, had a few select words with this "girl" and left. Conyers is an embarrassment because of this type of ignorance. I have never been so disrespected and felt so much racism as I have at this place with this one girl. Several other people had to reschedule while they were there also but not treated the same as I was. I will make sure her managers know of this situation. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL CARE.
