            I want to file a complaint against 1st Choice Credit Union for failing to resolve my issue as I was a victim of ATM fraud. Throughout their investigation, which only lasted 15 business days when they have up to 45 days, they determined according to their policy since I did not dispute the fraudulent transactions within 60 days, that they would not reimburse my funds of $5500. There were 11 consecutive days of withdrawals from various ATM'S, depleted my savings account. I have been a member of this credit union for over 5 plus years, and if this is how they treat loyal customers, then I have loss faith in the banking system as a whole.

            terrible. have stayed on hold the past 2 days for well over 2 hours with no answer. Called bk on the third day at 8:35am and go straight to VM even though they should be open. Trying to get a vehicle title mailed after paying off a loan over a month ago and get keep getting the run around. I would never deal with this credit union on a personal level. If I could give negative stars I would. ****** is the absolute worst. Spoke to him three times regarding a customers title and he never did what he was supposed to do. Here it is 7/11 and still nothing. ******************* should be ashamed to have allowed your company to use her face on your site.
