We had a flood in our home. ******* was our Ttechnician.....and he was great!! He explained everything, was very professional, and was prompt when making visits to our home. Such a nice polite young man!! He hsa great customer service skills!! Thank you for helping us!!

A hugetree hit my house.A.R.S. demoed the top story of my house. They did not flume to a dumspster as standard in consturtction.They broke 3 windows, incorectly ********* and covered 1 up.Damaged the *****, damaged 120 yr old heartpine floors. My floors were not covered .Metal building materials were thrown on them, paint it is a mess. According to independent inspector report the framing has cracked beams, the porch is not now structurally sound and many other problems Heating not hooked backup ,fire hazards, the colums on my porch were replaced with cracked and split colums. The new plaster work is cracking all over, the new siding is falling off of the house. The back deck will not pass code. Different size baords for the decking was used. No flashing to house was used. Now house has mold on the wall ,trim and floor as a result. The front steps were done twice and are still subpar. The back deck steps were leaning, torn off & still not attached correctly. The insulation in my attic is thrown everywhere. ARS did it incorrectly tore it down and left it a mess. They randomly screwed screws into my kitchen island for no reason. When people see the pictures they say it looks like the workers had a vendetta agist the company. I wish I coulld post thepictures Unprofessional demo tore up my fence, they replaced the boards with dog ear pickets on a gothic picket fence. when told to fix it they put the broken pickets back on. I have an email from ARS explaining why their work was so bad.It was unsupervised. I made them stop work. Asked for an itimized invoice. Never got one. They emailed a number of $130,000.00 more than the insurance company and them agreed to. There *************** placed on my home insurance acts amiss about the dollar amount owed . My home is in shambles I have been displaced for an extended amount of time and to date have never recived an invoice. Extreme overcharges on the invoice to insurance .

Flat Shoals ************************ sustained damage from an automobile running into the side of the building. There was considerable damage to the lower portion of the wall and foundation. All Restoration Solutions came in and did just that: Completely restored the entire site as well as surrounding cosmetics. We appreciated the professionalism and mindfulness to detail. This company went above and beyond expectations by restoring the damaged area as well as refinishing the entire wall to give a seamless appearance. Rather than just replacing the small affected area of the carpet, they replaced the whole carpet in the main building. What could have been a tedious exercise in restoration turned out to be an excellent experience. We were so fortunate to have All Restoration Solutions handle our project and we will refer them to anyone when the opportunity arises. Thank you so much for a job well done!
