Not professional with us. Argumenative with my wife, and ungrateful. He was given a two and a half year old swimming pool valued close to $10,000.00 to do the work. My wife purchased everything for this job and also paid $1,700.00 in addition for ***** to do so remodeling of a small bathroom that we have. He did the flooring well, but everything else was sub- standard. Many thing were not done meticuliously. I am having the ceramaic title and the installation of the vanity redone for my wife. I have asked my wife not to use his services in the future.

**************** and I began communication in May 2021 in regards to work to be completed by Edgars Fix All. She was provided initial quote of $1700 to cover bathroom remodeling(can provide receipt for more work details). During communication in May 2021 a request by ***************** was made to remove the pool without any contractual agreement in which I completed as requested. I began and completed quoted work in April 2022 as requested by customer. Between May 2021 - April 2022 no other discussion of pool disposal had been mentioned. It is unfortunate that the customer is not satisfied with provided work as we made professional recommendations to meet customer needs based on design experience. The mentioning of pool disposal and cost does not equate to nor relate to provided work or requests for additional small jobs to be completed.Customer Response

The initial amount was $1500.00 not $1700.00. My wife paid ***** for any extra work that was done. My review was his about his argumentative spirit with my wife, who worked patiently with him for three days. The removal of the pool had nothing to do with the quality of his work. He wants to go left with this, but pictures can be posted for other potential customers to judge for themselves. So when people read my review and my response to his rambling it is not about the pool, not at all. He knows he behaved unprofessionally towards my wife and I did not appreciate it.Customer Response

I have to make a post concerning the pool removal because ****************** comment inferred that my wife requested that he remove the pool. The pool was offered free to **************** for his family in exchange for remodeling work on a very small bathroom. If he wanted the pool he was to come to our home to get it. This was NOT a disposal request as he tried to make it out to be, he went home and asked his wife if she wanted the pool- she said yes. He dismantled the pool by putting numbers on it , it took two days, took the pool home for his familys use. But my wife still purchased all of the items used and paid him a final **** of $1700.00 to complete all of the work including any additional work.Review from Rob P
