Unique Concrete Concepts poured a brand new driveway and walk way for my home, starting the second week of December of 2021. Although the contractors left a mess of concrete footprints all over our front entrance way, and back deck, at first sight the work looked ok, so my husband and I paid the ******+ agreed upon payment. After about a week or so, we noticed that our new driveway was covered in two sets of footprints. We brought this to *****************************, the owner of this business, attention and didn't hear back from him for over a week. When he did respond, he mentioned he'd been ill, and that he would contact us later, which he never did. We reached out to him again in January of 2022, which again took another week or so for him to get back to us. He said he was out of town, and that he would contact us when he returned, which he never did. In the interim no one ever answered the office phone when I would call it. So today, I drove to his office, the address is listed on his website. Only to find out that he hasn't had an office there at that location for over a year. I called his cell twice more, and both times got an automatic message that said he was with another customer and would get back to me as soon as he could. ************************* has made zero effort to rectify this situation, but collected all the cash for the job.
