Yall need to stop calling me and you're now texting my phone number using fake telephone numbers. Seriously f*** off.

Very unprofessional company, the rep treated me like I owed her money personally. I am a professional, prior vet, and law student and I keep my affairs in order. This dispute was over a billing error that the doctors office encountered yet they didn't care. When the rep was asking me for an explanation on things she was quick to cut me off when my story wasn't fitting her narrative of being a delinquent consumer, etc. Then when trying to correct their assumption on things I got "Let me finish talking please." You ask me, I tell you, you cut me off, I try to correct you, yet you tell me to let you finish talking??? They then advised to me to call my insurance company ( I did) and the insurance company said we'll re-run your claim and expect to have an update in 7-15 business days. I called them back advising them and they said "ok we'll put a hold on your account until next Friday." I said well next Friday is only 5 business days, they then said ok we'll follow up the following Friday. Literally 6 business days later they called and treated me like I was a fresh delinquent consumer. They didn't listen or care about my issue one bit, I understand they are a collection agency but my issue wasn't due to lack of payment it was a billing issue. Lastly, when I ended up paying a reduced amount to the doctors office instead of waiting another 9 days for the insurance company I called them back and informed them. They then said "pleasure working with you". REALLY, you been nothing but unprofessional to me this entire time and you want to all of a sudden be nice at the end? Anyhow, if you deal with this company fully expect to be treated like the scum of the scum regardless if you are good consumer like myself.

It is really too bad there is no way to give them a lower score. These folks are harassers and liars. They made me feel like the company I owed was getting the money right away and that I would get a letter explaining that my account was paid in full both are lies. It has been one month the folks I owe still do not have their money, Where is my letter? I feel that this company owes me for harassment. They are low like ***********************, and they get paid to lie. I hate this company, I think they are completely overrated. I should be able to leave a review without leaving my name
