I noticed my paycheck was being garnished April 6, 2023. I was not sure why the payment was being taken out. So, I looked into the information given on my check stub from my job. The information led me to a company known as AllCredit Acceptance Company, LLC. I am not even sure of what services they provide although I did look them up. I tried reaching out but no response. In the past week I received a notice in the mail regarding the garnishment. It does not give me any information to confirm that I have been reaching out to the right company. It does give information on an address but it does not match what I have found online. I am also not able to confirm part of the information on the listed plaintiff's attorney. The listed attorney is ******************* / ******************************. The address given is **********************************************************************************************************. The case number given is 2013MW138904. I do not have an account with this ********************** listed as the plaintiff and I am not aware of any court appearances. No one has reached out to me about anything in regards to this company. I would like for the company to discontinue garnishment and the return of the payments collected from my account. As far as I am concerned it sounds like an attempt to collect payments based on false information. The garnishment # is 23-GM-05588.
