Being a loyal customer for years, the company thought that because I was a woman I wouldnt know that I didnt receive the service I asked for. When I pulled up to the establishment I specifically asked the mechanic for the full service oil change which included being topped off by any fluids that *** be necessary. I told him that my air in my tires were low and that my power steering fluid was low. He stated Ill check to see if we had some for ***** which I understand that ***** takes only their brand power steering. The mechanic finishes my car pulls it up, and I pay for the services. I drive up the street and realize that the service I asked for had not been fulfilled. I brought my car back to the business and told the receptionist that my car had not been topped off with the fluid that I requested. She goes out to speak with the mechanic, then comes out to tell me that he said they didnt have any. My issue with this situation is, the service that youre providing is to change my oil and check my fluids, top off any fluids that *** need filling, and if you do not have that product, the customer should be informed before you perform the job. This allows the customer to decide if he or she still wants the service or not. So I proceeded to tell the receptionist that I paid for a full service job and they are not full filling that obligation. The receptionist informed me first that the mechanic said if you go buy some fluid well put it in for you or they will call and ordered some that will be sent to their store. I waited another 35 minutes to be told that no part stores nearby had power steering for ***** cars. I let her know that I was very displeased and I could have went somewhere else for better service that I would not be coming back to this establishment. She said no let me give you $10 off your next oil change. I left and went less that a minute up the street to Auto zone parts store to see a shelf full of ***** power steering. Unprofessional
