            My car was damaged on the right driver side panel going through the auto wash sept7th. A incident report was file that day. **** the employee told her that someone would be contacting her in two business days. I had to reach out to the manager (********) who gave me the run around. I found the owner (*****) number online and reached out to him and he said Monday they would look over the footage.. I sent ***** the owner a picture of the damages to my car and the incident report that was file on site. And also the employee(****) admitted it was his fault due to him being negligent. I messaged ***** Sept 12 to see whats the status. He messaged back and said Corporate would have to find the Video and he would get back to me. I asked the corporate phone number he stop responding to me and I havent nothing else from him. They do not have a corporate office.
