            7/11/2023 I placed an order for two bottles of Zincplex on the Scalp Health website, paid $38.85 with a credit card. The transaction processed on my credit card account. I never received the product. I sent an email 7/20 and never received a reply. I tried calling "customer service" line today (8/9) and the young man who answered insisted on trying to send me a $100 gift card, even after I told him I was not interested. He continued on about the gift card even after I insisted I only needed help getting my order. After several minutes of telling me he would help me with my order AFTER he tells me about the gift card I realized I was getting nowhere, and that this company is clearly a scam. This was confirmed when I called the number shown on my credit card statement and, sure enough, got the same runaround about the gift card. When I asked the guy to transfer me to a supervisor he hung up.

            Ordered two products from scalp-health.com. Have not received product yet, I emailed the company asking when I would be receiving my order, and did not receive an answer. I called their 800 number and received some spiel about a $100 retail credit. My sister tried to help and for 2 days she received the same get a $100 retail credit. She called several times, was given several different telephone numbers that resulted in busy lines disconnected lines etc. There does not seem to be any way to resolve this problem.
