            I placed an order for hair oil and it was processed 17 Mar 2022. I recieved a shipment notification on 24 Mar 2022. The order didnt arrive as scheduled, but due to COVID, I assumed it was delayed. I reached out on 13/14 APR 2022 to the salon via email from their salon page. A reply on 14 APR ************************************************************************************* 15 APR 2022. No one followed up, I sent another message via email on 25 APR 2022 inquiring about the order status with no response. I sent another email on 29 APR 2022 requesting a refund due to no communication and no product. I have screenshots from the **** on the 14 of APR and 29 APR saying the exact same status since 30 MAR of it being in Atlanta.
