HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and show NO EMPATHY for customers. Transactions are also super slow to come out of your account and settle, which will have you under the impression that you have funds there, when there isn't. BE CAREFUL OF this, bc you will have overdraft fees constantly. Whenever you call customer service to help you or reverse fees, it's never a "bank error", they never do anything wrong. They will not assist over the phone. They have always told me to go to my local bank to reverse 1 fee. ABSOULETY not. NO one wants to be inconvenienced nor may have the time to go inside of a bank for every minor issue. I was charged several overdraft fees and tried to clear the negative balance at my local ATM, go figure the ATM was down, as it always is. I was told by a SUPERVISOR when I called customer service that I could have gone to another ATM to clear the negative balance, and to keep a ledger! Mind you, I have an online app that I check 2 times a day! long story short, I will not be reimbursed. I have had several fraud charges, & several overdraft fees associated with this bank. It's not worth the Hassell. I will be switching my bank ASAP! No accountability for their horrible banking and no empathy for customers, STAY AWAY from this bank.
