    Around the middle of November I had taken my car to ******************************* on ***************** due to my check engine light turning on. After some time of them running diagnostic and looking at my car, they let me know and explained that the cause of everything was because I apparently had an oil leak and there were parts that needed to be replaced. They also let me know that my tire alignment was so bad and that I needed new tires. Obviously I went with their word that they had fixed my car and took it back home. When I had picked up my car (after hours) and drove it home I had realized that one of my back hatches was missing. I had my father call the next day and let them know that the part was gone when my car was picked up. They told him that the person who worked on my car was off and that they would get back to him about it when he comes into work again. Along with them never getting back about my missing part, fast forward to a few weeks later when my check engine light turns on again for a second time. They explained that everything they did was still fixed. They said they just needed to clear the computer system.. along with telling me that if it comes on again I will have to bring my car to the ***** dealership. Why would I need to take my car anywhere else if everything is fixed like they claim it to be. And why after spending over ***** dollars would I go to another dealership to spend more money on a car that is apparently fixed. Lo and behold my check engine light turns on AGAIN for a THIRD time. At this point of course I wouldnt take it back to them because obviously after going there two times it did not help. Instead I took it to another mechanic. I included the paperwork/receipt when giving them my car. The mechanic explained to me that my Mass Air Flow Sensor was never actually replaced and that it needed to be. He also explained to me that the gasket they claimed to have also replaced was in fact not replaced (and actually had glue/silicone on it) and needing actual replacing as well. He also explained to me that there was ZERO evidence of any previous or current oil leak. Mind you, I had zero oil leakage in my driveway or garage prior to taking my car to **** *********************** He showed and explained to me why he replaced the items **** Watkins had claimed to replace. AND charged me almost FIVE TIMES less the price I was charged at Joey *********************** Of course my bill there was higher because they will say it was because they changed my tires as well as replaced items in NEW condition like the engine air filter, mass air flow sensor, intake manifold gaskets, valve cover gasket sets, spark plugs, serpentine and water pump drive belts, and whatever else they added on this receipt to fix my problems. But after seeing how they obviously didnt replace my MAF and gasket .. how can I guarantee or believe that they actually replaced those either. Was my tire alignment even bad? Did I actually need new tires??? So basically three months later and $2,266.47 worth of car fixing down the drain AND A MISSING HITCH from issues that were not even fixed from **** *********************** After taking my car to a different mechanic and actually getting the items I needed replaced my car is now running fine and has not had an engine light turn on.

    It is hard to find a shop that does NOT try to pressure sale you in to services that are not truly needed. I went to the dealership for a recall and they told me I needed brakes and an alignment. Instead of getting the work there I brought it to **** Watkins. My brakes were at 6MM and they do not need to be replaced until 3MM and my alignment was within specs. They gave me a print out of my alignment and I walked out happy and $700 richer than if I stay with the dealership as they did NOT charge me for inspecting my brakes and alignment. ******* and *** are such a big help and I would recommend requesting to work with them any time you are in the shop. Both are very knowledgeable, answers any questions you may have, and informs you throughout the whole process. I have never have had an issue with them and any of my vehicles. I would recommend bringing your vehicle here for any of your mechanical needs!
