      I took my Tesla Model S for body shop work there. When they returned the car in April 2022, they told me that my wheel rim replacement was not done yet, since it was in back order. Car was safe to drive, so they asked me to take it and they will let me know when I should take it in for rim replacement. Then they got back to me via email in July 2022 that rim didn't arrive yet and also that my insurance paid me $600 initial settlement that they didn't know, so they want me to pay that back. That made total sense and I replied that yes when I come in to get the rim, I will also pay that balance. Since them, I have sent multiple emails and called them multiple times, but they are not giving me any status of my rim replacement. In between, I also have a service issue with the body shop work they did and I have asked them to take a look and they are not responding. When I email, they don't respond. When I call first 3 times, they said they will call me back in 1-2 hrs. After that, last 2 times, I get connected to my adjuster at that shop, but he just hangs up. These are the 2 things, I want to be taken care of. I have also provided this to them via email and no response:1. Look at my service issue for the body shop work and fix it. They have life time warranty on body shop work.2. Can they let me know if I can get the rim replaced myself using $600 and whatever is the difference, I can pay them.

      After getting an initial estimate for repair of my ****** 4Runner, it was arrange with my agent at Classic Collision to drop off my vehicle on March 14. Weeks later a supplemental estimate was submitted to insurance, significantly higher than the original. Ultimately, Classic Collision and the responsible insurance company were unable to reach a settlement and the insurance company wanted to Total my vehicle. I contacted my "new" agent at Classic to let them know I wanted to pick up my vehicle and was told that the diagnostic fee and reassembly costs of $1950 would be my responsibility since I was not accepting having my vehicle totaled and claimed by the insurance company. While this was subsequently reduced to $500, when I went to pick up my vehicle a week later, the fender trim, which had been removed by Classic during their inspection, had not been attached. The retaining clips which hold the trim on had been broken and Classic did not accept responsibility for repairing this since the insurance company had totaled the vehicle. So after 7 weeks at the shop, hours of my time trying to deal with this, and $500 out of my pocket, I get my 4Runner back with more damage than it was left with. Manager at Classic said "sorry about that, have a nice day".
