***BUYER BEWARE - SCAM***They wouldn't let us take the car to have it inspected by a 3rd party. We even put a cash down payment to secure the hold. When my son returned the following Monday, they assured us that the tire pressure was fixed by adding air b/c of weather change. When we got it home (1 1/2 hr drive) 2 tires went flat. We had a mobile company come to view the car - there were plugs in each tire on the side wall, which could have popped driving down interstate. We had to get the tires replaced for safety all of which we were told they would give us ONLY $50 towards the replacement. ******* and ****** both have ignored my calls/text for 2 weeks now. We had someone come to check the car out...they specially pointed out several places where the car had been in an accident yet it wasn't on the CarFax. Not only this, but they had the car repainted...in the daylight you can see the work done. Again they are refusing my calls and not agreeing to help with anything, even after requesting pictures. The only other thing ******* said was we should have had the car inspected...well we couldn't b/c they wouldn't let us take it anywhere...even told my son where he could drive it for his test drive. TERRIBLE PLACE should be looked into as a scam!

I bought a ****** Versa 2021 from Will, the older salesman in this office, I paid almost 20k cash (well, a check they cashed in a couple of days) I didn't use financial help or nothing like it. The day I took the car home 2 lights came off in the panel, one said the car needed air and the other I didn't know what meant so I took it to the ****** dealer near home to get it checked and they told me the front sensor was broken and poorly installed. Keep in mind folks that when I bought the car they sold it to me with a clean CarFax report and Will swore that was cleanest and most reliable car in the whole lot. He turned out to be a liar because I asked him a dozen of times the day I bought it if the car had any accident that didn't show in CarFax and he said no. ****** dealer confirmed the car had a collision and it was poorly repaired. I complained with Will, demanded to talk to the owner and he said that guy has never spoken to a customer ever in years and the only thing he could do is get his "mechanic" check the car...the funny thing is that he went from nice and helpful to full douchebag in 1 day. I ordered the part from ****** and I ended up paying $1350 extra to the 20k I already paid to VipKars. Will and his associates didn't wanna take responsibility saying that they were not aware of any damages. Do you guys honestly believe a car dealer will sell you a used car without knowing it was repaired because of an accident? He lied straight to my face all the time. I even told him I should get a lawyer and *** them for making me sign a sale contract under false pretenses to what he replied "do whatever you want to do". Guys save yourself time, money and headaches; do not deal with these scammers. Karma will get you Will eventually you'll see.

I purchased a ****** Corolla (2017) from VIP Kars and nevertheless the customer service and sales representative gave great service. But, However I'm highly disappointed and regret making my purchase due to major auto repairs already and I only had this vehicle for 9 months. I had to repair a body control module in January and February an engine control module. Although, i purchased a warranty at the time of purchase but the body control module isn't covered. So, I should have purchased a new car and wouldn't be in this situation. This car has electrical and mechanical problems already and the car is only 5 years old.

This business has a sister dealership called Smart Auto Finance located at ***********************************. I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 from them and asked specifically whether or not the truck had been in an accident 4 time from two different people to which they said no. I asked so many times because they told me about the parts they had switched out on the front of the truck and having repainted the truck. When I had the truck inspected there was considerable damage to the frame on the front of the truck showing where it had been bent back into place leaving structural cracks and breaks in the frame. Only after threatening to get an attorney and sue over fraud did they agree to take the truck back and refund my money and cancel the loan.
