    On 2/25/2022 I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro from the above dealership . They added a service contract and gap insurance which is an ancillary product and not required for financing. I myself being in finance did not want to take the insurance he kept on pushing and pushing the fact I explained to the finance manager I live in *********** its was getting dark I had my 2 years old granddaughter and the finance manager assured me I could cancel . I canceled both policies one was $2626.00 and the other was $895. I contacted the service contract provider and indeed cancelled the contract in June of ********************************************************** the form via email as I returned it back to her the following day . She states the refund amount was a little over $1000 even though I had only had it for five months . She stated that it was going to the dealer and they would submit to the financial institution that financed the car . I called the finance company regarding this as I get paperless statements to make sure payment have been applied they advised me that they have not received and on their end the warranty and gap still showed active . I then contacted *********************** at the dealership he advised the man that took care of this was out of office but assured he would get it resolved and call me back . This was on the 27th of December I have yet to here from anyone at the dealership and my financial institution hasnt been contacted either . It has been six months since I canceled this policy . I believe they have had ample time to issue my refund back to my financial institution. I can only hope and pray that this will be resolved . I will also be contacting this insurance commissioner as well to inform them of how a dealership is pushing ancillary products onto people and when requesting a refund charging over $3000 and STILL not paying the money back to my financial institution. To me this is theft and should be dealt with accordingly. Thank You !!

    DO NOT do business with this dealership. We drove over 4hrs to buy a car from them after speaking to them via ************ prior, during which they never told us the car had any hail damage. They told us the car was perfect, clean & no issues. The pictures did not show any signs of hail damage. The Sales Guy, *** also told us he'd have the car cleaned & detailed before we arrived.... It was NOT clean. Bad experience, wasted ************ on gas.
