              I was told that I needed to purchase a vehicle service contract ($7,000) to obtain financing on a used vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and found out that this is not true and illegal. I cancelled the service contract (12/22/23) and was told I would receive a refund to the vehicle lien holder ***************** It has now been over 3 months and I have not received this refund. I have called the dealership several times and "a note" has been placed to call me back with information, although they never call back. I have emailed the financial department and they oftentimes do not reply. I call several times and get transferred to a phone that is not answered and the voicemail box is full. At this point in time, I feel like I am being scammed, and that this is fraud. I am requesting immediate refund or will have to proceed with litigation.

              I bought a car from this dealer a week ago and a few days after I get a check engine light. I took into a dealer to get it looked at and tech found NO oil in the engine which caused the check engine light. I tried to call Alfa Romeo which they said that their inspection said that an oil change was not needed, even though the salesman ******* said every vehicle gets an oil change. But when I called back ******* is no longer with the dealer. They refused to take responsibility for the lack of oil in the engine. I would not ever deal with this dealer again and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for their shady business practice.
