I purchased a vehicle for Roswell Auto Imports on 09/03/2022 the check engine was already on when I purchased it but the salesman insured me that it would go off that the car has been sitting for a while and that also if it didnt he would have their personal mechanic to fix it no problem to be safe I took pictures and emailed the dealership which I still have the check engine never went off so I had an diagnostic done on it September 24 I told the dealership what was going on and they had me take it a mechanic and all he did was make the sensors go off and of course they came back on and I again told the dealership they then sent me to another mechanic on 10/03/2022 which its still in the shop as of now I went to the shop and the mechanic told me it needs a new engine and that he told the dealership already I didnt receive the notice so I contacted the dealership and they said they havent spoke to the mechanic yet which was a lie I had to miss a week of work that weekend I showed up at the dealership and explained the situation saying that I wanted to speak with the owner they refused to give me any information saying I had to wait til he was back from vacation and to come back on Tuesday 10/11/2022 I returned the owner was not there the salesman cursed at me telling me Im not getting any money back and that I have to help pay for the new engine and that he wasnt giving me the owner information once again the salesman also said the check engine light was not on but I have the emails to prove it and also the information of the last buyers of the vehicle and he contracts he told me that he purchased the same vehicle in February and in 30 days it messed up and they refused to fix it they took $3000 dollars of his money and sold the vehicle to me which Ive paid the total amount of $3815 Ive been without the vehicle going on two weeks now
