On February 9th, 2024, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a 2014 Model S from them, putting down a significant $7,000 deposit, nearly half the vehicle's price.The troubles began immediately upon delivery on February 16th. Despite connecting my phone via Bluetooth, the speakers were silent. Upon seeking assistance from *****, it was revealed that all the speakers were blown - a crucial detail conveniently omitted during the purchase.The issues didn't stop there. The tire pressure sensors were malfunctioning, and within seven hours of arrival, the vehicle left me stranded on the highway for over five hours due to a sudden shutdown with plenty of battery charge remaining. Subsequent incidents included another highway breakdown due to a flat tire caused by under inflation, a negligence on the dealership's part, costing me an additional $500.Attempts to resolve these issues with Alyque, a representative from Motorpoint Roswell , proved futile. Despite their responsibility for the tire mishap, ****** callously brushed off the matter, refusing to acknowledge their negligence. Furthermore, a subsequent battery issue led to a $15k repair estimate, leaving me in financial distress.Efforts to retrieve my deposit were met with further frustration. Alyque dodged responsibility, subjecting me to multiple unnecessary credit checks and delaying tactics. Despite numerous attempts to reach a resolution, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.In short, Motorpoint's deceptive practices and lack of accountability have left me in a precarious financial situation. I caution anyone against doing business with them, as they are nothing but dishonest and unreliable. Now, I find myself trapped in a 48-month contract for a vehicle that's practically unusable, less than 30 days after purchase. Avoid Motorpoint AT ALL COSTS - they will only bring you trouble and heartache.
