I purchased a vehicle from them on 11/10/23 including a 2-year warranty for the engine and transmission and just a few days ago on Christmas day the vehicle stopped working. I contacted MasterCars and they came to tow it and then called me and advised me the transmission had gone out. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for the service of fixing it, however, I have the signed contract to show a 2-year warranty covering the engine and transmission. They never stated anything verbally about if anything went wrong with the engine or transmission I would have to pay any additional monies to have anything fixed. They have now stated that unless I start paying them to fix it, # 1 I can not get my vehicle. After all the horrible customer service and now being told they will put it down as a repossession, I only want my money fully refunded for everything I have paid out in the last 46 days to now have no vehicle, and my credit will be affected as to no fault of my own. I have received only phone calls, nothing in writing, except my initial contract which clearly states a 2-year warranty was included in the purchase deal to once again cover the engine and transmission. They refuse to refund my money and of course, will not give my vehicle back either. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE THIEVES!

They are scammers , they stole my sons items out of the car when in the contract it states 10 days to get the items . All of the office staff knew my son had expensive shoes in the car and a tv . They threw the stuff in the trash . When we drove by the items were not in the car and the car already had a test drive sign on the back of it . They are thieves and liers . I feel everyone needs to come together and file a lawsuit against them . And bring them down . The car was placed for sale before the ten days and they all lied . We ended up calling the police .

I was sold a car that was overpriced and had several issues. Their partner company loved to deactivate the car remotely when I was a day late with payment, causing me to miss obligations and sometimes be late for work. They schedule their billing days to be bi-weekly instead of monthly like most reasonable businesses. And they make sure to make the billing day is thursday when most businesses give paychecks on friday. In all aspects this company is shady and predatory. So I tell you, DO NOT buy any vehicles from MasterCars and don't do business with ANY establishment in partnership with *************************. They're crooks. Plain and simple.

They sell Lemons! I had not had my car a whole 90 days and it became bad, I couldn't even drive the car. None of their emails work because they don't want paper trail. The cars are damaged and they know about it and then want to charge you for the fix! I hope someone find a loop hole in the contract and file the biggest law suit against them!

These guys are proffessional scammers. Unprofessional after buy, wouldnt fix minor errors with vehicle. The most rude group of people. They used profanity against me and told me to get the **** out of shop. They had me waiting 7 hours and still didnt work on my car. Do not buy a car from these guys! It is not worth it [Scam]

Don't buy here unless you have money to burn on a ******. They'll sell you a vehicle that's about to die for more than it's worth with assurances of it being in "good condition" and it could stall out in the middle of the road and kill you, as almost happened to me. They'll replace enough to make a vehicle start and move, but the buyer has 0 guarantee of it running for even a week. And if you have problems with the vehicle, they won't respond to your calls.DO NOT SHOP MASTERCARS. It's definitely not worth the money or headache to try to get a deal on a car with them. I would call them a predatory business at worst, dangerously negligent at best.
