I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this business. They are scammers. They changed my APR. from 8.2 to 18.2. I seen 8.2 APR On the paper I signed but somehow it changed to 18.2. Plus I took the vehicle back for the complimentary service and these ppl didnt want to service the vehicle when clearly the lady that sold me the car said I have a couple free oil change services I will also receive. They promised me that I could bring the car back in and get dents pulled out that was there when I purchased the car. I took the car back within a month and spoke with a manager and he said I would need to pay another down payment for a different vehicle, but insured me that I made a great choice and that this wasnt a scam. I believed him and thought at least I have a warranty if anything happens. I wish I never stopped here. Please take your money somewhere else! They said I had to purchase this warranty with the vehicle that costed almost $5k. The vehicle came with ****** miles and when I purchased the warranty I was told that the warranty was separate from the factory warranty that automatically came with the vehicle. The battery went dead a month after I purchased the car. I needed two new front tires and brakes for front and back within the first month as well.I took the warranty to the dealership to get serviced because of the Drivetrain malfunctioning light came on 2 months after purchase. They denied my claim and stated I went over the miles. Im at ***** in total miles. ** basically I paid $5,000 for a ****** mile warranty. They really scammed me good with this one. How can these ppl sale someone a car for ****** and there is nothing I can do. I feel dumb. I wouldnt of never made this deal if these ppl was honest people . I believe they did me this way because Im a black man. I didnt even drive the vehicle ****** miles yet. Im not gonna give up. It has to be something I can do to get out this bad deal.
