      I enjoyed the experience I had purchasing my car from *************** at the Atlanta Auto Star Dealership in **********. This is definitely the dealership to visit anytime you need a nice car. Thanks to *************** and his team for the great service.

      I Would Not Recommend Especially If You Have A Family Or Just A Single Mom With Kids. I went and financed a car with them about 6 months ago and every month from the day of purchase I have had problems with the car first it started about 2 weeks after having the car having to replace 3/4 tires because they would go flat over night, then my rear door would come unlocked while in the middle of driving and I have toddler kids that I use the car to commute daily. I brought it to their attention because I was scared for the safety of my kids with door coming unlocked on highway the manager Mr.****** said it was nothing they could do because they only cover major issues under warranty, second month my check engine light came on followed by failed exhaust pipes, followed by having to replace a my battery going out, followed by the evap purge system going on which would cause the car to shut off in middle of driving on highway or street. Recently got my oil change but the for some reason the car didnt register because it would cut of in middle of street and say low oil when I just got an oil change. Bout 2 Weeks ago I had to replace the battery for the 2nd time in 6 months because the battery symbol would pop up and the car would just shut off in the middle of driving. Now my alternator and transmission going out and they have no other options for people they sale bad cars to other than to voluntarily repossess your car which will effect you badly. Again I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, Mr.****** was very Nonchalant when telling Them The Problems Going On With The Vehicle he even told me he no longer wanted to talk to me about it and when I asked did they offer any assistance to people the sale bad cars to he said no, They DO NOT OFFER REFINANCING Even In The Occasion of selling you a bad car. If you were thinking about shopping here please take your money elsewhere.

      We are sorry you have had a negative experience with your purchase and appreciate the feedback. All of our vehicles go through a check out and reconditioning process prior to sale and we include a 12 month / ****** warranty on every vehicle. None of the issues you mentioned were present at the time we sold you the vehicle. For example, you mentioned the tires didnt start loosing air until you had the vehicle for 2 weeks. Maybe ran over some debris? Our records show that we repaired the items covered under warranty and offered assistance to help on items not covered under warranty. Additionally, you have left out some important details about your conversations with the store manager. Ill let the readers of your review come to their own conclusions about your attitude/behavior during those conversations.

      Yeaa I Had To Replace Them In Two Weeks It Didnt Take Two Weeks For Them To Go Flat. There was Nothing Under My Warranty Covered Besides My Alternator Which Just recently Started Going Out You Guys Have Not Fixed Anything Other Than That For Me So Thats False. Everything Else Came Out Of My Pocket And Please Stop ***************** My Reviews I Have The Right To Let Others Know Of My Experience Ive Had With You.

      I have been a customer with Atlanta Autostar since April 2018, never missed a payment which are due bi-monthly. I have excellent payment history with this company. On 10/1/21, I attempted to contact Atlanta Autostar to may a bi-monthly car payment due on the 1st and the 15th. I could not reach anyone and was met with the voicemail, to which I left a message. Come today, 10/5/21, I was called by a representative with the company to make a payment. The payment had a late fee attached to it. When I asked the representative to waive the late fee, they advised they couldn't waive the fee because my payment was late. They stood firm in this decision even though I have excellent payment history. If you do the math, I have been paying for 42 months on this account, exactly 84 times each time on time since April 2018. I have never missed a payment and always proactively called if I could not make the payment online or in person. The fact that they are so stringent on waiving a late fee to me is gut-wrenching. It makes you feel so undervalued as a customer and never want to do business with this company again, which I never will. It also makes you feel they have practices just to further their business and squeeze money out of people who are actually good paying customers. They have autopay available, but this is not currently an option for me. They have an online portal that used to work but has been down since last year. Paying in person is a more difficult option for me since it requires me to drive ~30 miles from Morrow to North Druid Hills to a drop box location. The whole inconvenience of this situation has me highly disgusted and disappointed with this company that I can no longer support dealing with their business. Buyers beware. Please look elsewhere before engaging with this business because even as a loyal customer, they will find ways to make sure they squeeze the most money out of you that they can.

      Yes, if you are more than 10 days late, you will be charged a late fee. It's stated clearly in the contract. We appreciate your business, but we expect payments to be on time and if an extension is granted, you will need to pay the late fee. No different than your rent payment or utilities.
