I called to inquire about pricing on a pickup truck and the sales rep *********** was very rude and disconnected the call twice. I called the main number and asked for a manager, I was transferred and hung up on. I would think twice about spending hard earned money with a company that will treat perspective buyers like this...I can only imagine how they will treat you once you do buy.

Just the most dishonest people I have ever had to deal with. They will Email you a window sticker with the **** price. After you agree to a price, they will send you a proposal with a much higher price on a totally different vehicle. Please! Please! do not use them. JP

If I could give them a negative star I would. This dealership should be shut down by the government. They're blatantly overpricing their cars (by $10k + over the market value price) just to stuff their pockets. Then they get mad when the bank comes back to consumers with appropriate car values. They are extremely unprofessional and yell at patrons when people start trying to negotiate car rates. Don't shop with these people. Do not give them your them your money.

Fortunately, we had a great sales experience, but the finance department is shady! CODY is the most unprofessional person! He worked out terms and made everything sound great, but he failed to mention he was putting a large number down on the deposit line. We drove off thinking we didn't owe anything down on the car, but 2 weeks later we got a call from the finance department. We were blindsided! They never asked how we plan to pay the deposit or agreed upon bringing a check back. We should have looked over the paperwork, but we thought we were signing papers where everything was disclosed verbally, but unfortunately that was not the case! If you shop here please take my warning if you are working with Cody he is the worst! I would ask for someone else to work out the financials! Actually, just go about 30 miles north to the ********* Ford dealership!

I am utterly amazed at how incompetent the people at this dealership have been! I took my Lincoln Navigator into this shop to get a suspension problem diagnosed. They told me the price to repair and gave me the impression that I would be getting OE parts. A week and a half later after paying them thousands of dollars I picked up the car and noticed that it was riding terribly and a light was illuminated on the dash! I called them and they told me that they had replaced my air suspension with coil spring suspension and claimed they had explained that to me. They had not! They also said that I would have to just ignore the warning light because there was nothing they could do about it. After researching on my own I learned that they had installed the wrong suspension parts on my vehicle and that was the reason for the light and the horrible ride quality. The kit that they installed was for an older model. I also noticed immediately upon getting the car home that it had started leaking coolant. I had to pay another $880 to get that repaired and I'm convinced that they caused it when they installed the wrong suspension parts! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I came across a 2017 Ford Explorer with 77k+ miles online listed at 23,777. The online description said it was a CPO vehicle that came with a Comprehensive limited warranty, powertrain warranty, roadside assistance, and rental allowance. Went to the dealership to test drive. My salesperson (Lonnie) was pleasant. Did my test drive and noticed the mileage was 40k+. I pointed this out to Lonnie and asked if the pricing is correct. Lonnie, said "you see the price". I said ok, lets do the paperwork. Will doing the paperwork, I pointed out again the mileage wasnt correct. Lonnie said he notice that too and made the change. The out the doo price was 26k+. Lonnie went to run my credit but I forgot I had a freeze on it. I could lift it that night, it was late and the dealership was closing. I said, I would get it lifted the next day. Got the freeze lifted. The finance mgt (Mike) ran my credit, found a rate I was comfortable with. About an hour later, I received a call from (Lonnie and the Sales Manager Kevin). They said there was a discrepancy with the price. I explained, I could talk at the moment and I would see them when I arrive at the dealership. They keep trying to get me to talk, when I expressed I couldnt due to work. Kevin then proceeds to say "oh whatever then". I couldnt believe the manager was so rude and disrespectful. I expressed my dislike for his rudeness and disrespect, especially since i am about to spend 25k on a vehicle. I told Lonnie, I do not want Kevin anywhere near this deal nor do I want to work with him at this point. I get to dealership and they say they cant do the deal for that price of the car and that the price is now 27k+, out the door comes to 29k+. I said NO! I was livid. I asked the Mike (Finance Mgr) why would you run my credit before doing your due diligence to verify the price and mileage. They should have verified all car info before running my running my credit. My entire experience with this dealership was trash. I have never encountered such rudeness and disrespect, and conning. They really held up the perception that car salesmen/women are con artist. They completely mishandled this entire deal and I WILL NEVER go back to them. I will NEVER refer a anyone to this dealership. I wish I could post pix of the deal paperwork so that you can see how they tried to inflate the price.
