Horrible I paid for a diagnostic test and as well received a oil change with a inspection paid the **** to fix my car and literally the next day I was on the side of the road car wouldn't move and now I'm out of **** and now they want more money also one of their employees is a pervert who do coke on the clock and buy woman parts and go inside of customer trunk without permission and I still haven't heard back from Gm or customers affairs. This is how they treat their loyal customers I do not recommend young woman's to get their car serviced at this location !!

October 2, 2021, I received a safety recall from NHTSA. October 10, 2021, I called Wade Ford and spoke to Kelsey *****, to make an appointment to have my 2019 Ford Explorer serviced for the safety recall, I brought it in the next day. When I arrived, Kelsey tried talking me out of having the safety recall done, by saying it wasn't necessary and that they didn't have the part. At the time I believed her, I made an appointment for the following week. I also wanted to know why she had me to come in the next day, knowing Wade Ford didn't have the part, she didn't answer. When I showed up the following week, again she began by telling me the recall wasn't that important. The notice mentioned the rooftop, I asked her where on the rooftop was the safety recall were, she refused. I tried in vain to explain to her the danger of not having the safety recall done in a timely manner and that I would report her and Wade Ford to NHTSA for non-compliance. I told her I am not responsible for any damages to the public as a result of them not doing the recall. And that NHTSA do not send out notices until the dealers have the parts. I'm 100% disable, I can't keep running back and forth about this, she's very inconsiderate of my health. I found this to be so mean and hateful. Her advice is very misleading, this is a NHTSA safety issue. The safety of my SUV is very important to me. I'm upset by her attitude on a safety recall. I got Gerald, another advisor, at Wade Ford to assist me. I got the impression she was not concerned about the safety of me or other drivers on the road or any one else, that would have been involved in an accident as a result of them not servicing my vehicle on the recall. I do believe I could live knowing I caused the death of another person.
