      I took my car to ***** on 12/29 for two issues, the **** and a creaking noise when I turned. I had been a previous customer with the location and my expectation was that the service would at least be done and done with integrity. I was told by my advisor that it would be completed on 1/3. By 1/3, I had not heard any information or a status. I called several times and was hung up on 4-5 times without even hearing a person's voice. I then called from another number and got the operator. The operator said someone would call me back. They didn't. I got a ride share there to find out a status and realized that even though the service professionals were not busy they were looking at the phone and mocking the amout of times people were calling to check on their car. This was disgraceful. They were acutually laughing outloud that people were calling as they were looking at the phone. A woman helped me with my car as my advisor had quit that weekend and she told me they hadn't even started on my car. I asked to get it so that I could take it to another place to have it serviced. They hadn't started but had the audacity to charge me ****** in labor. Not only is that fraudulent, at least have the integrity to charge me for an inspection and not work that you hadn't even done. What a shameful thing to do to a longtime customer. I have my car at Gwinette **************** now and I will not be returning to Nalley. Beware because it seems that the service there has rapidly declined and in this and time that is dangerous, especially when it pertains to your car and service. I am so disappointed in the overall experience. I would rate is 0 stars if given the opportunity.

      This was the worst car buying experience of my life. Simply put this location couldn't possibly employ anyone with competence. Every step of the way, every problem *** encountered with this team I have been left to my own devices to solve. Purchasing my car has been h*** down to the most irrelevant parts.

      Not once have your service manager called me the communication with you guys are horrible No one else looked at my car before having the car towed from my home I told you guys that just to hear what you guys would say and you going with what I said(sad) you guys get over on people that way Still no original parts were given to me when I asked you guys to returned them to me no itemized receipt to see what you guys over charge me for Im done with the whole situation I will never visit Nalley Honda ever again and will definitely pass this along to other customers

      I took my my car in for service because it would not start. They diagnosed that it needed a starter after I told them I had it replaced 1 year agi told them to go ahead and repair it it costed 729 the tech called and said they put it on but my vehicle still wont start he came and said I need a transmission sensor ******************************************************************************************************* it I said go ahead and fix it They called and said my car was ready go to the dealership vehicle not repaired I was really upset I told them they better find the problem and fix 2 days later a call from them saying my vehicle needs a transmission for **** I said dont fix anything else on my car I set up a tow to have it taken to another shop But I had to pay them **** before they released my vehicle did not put my old parts in the car nor did they give an itemized receipt They wont answer my email nor return my calls Giving Nalley Honda of Union City Ga a zero is to good Beware do not do business with them unless you just want to give money away

      We certainly are sorry that you feel that way and we apologize for the confusion. Our Service Manager has attempted to reach you so that he could address your concerns and to go over *********** order. This was the first time that your vehicle had been at our dealership's service department and unfortunately whoever performed the work, before we received the vehicle, had burned up your starter. Once we repaired that and the technician performed the rest of the diagnosis it was determined that your vehicle needed a sensor for the transmission. After replacing the sensor the transmission continued to burn that sensor out due to a internal grounding that should not happen. The tech repaired those items (at no cost to you) and then once repaired it was determined that the transmission had a hard shift and a loud noise and that is when we recommended a transmission. Our Shop *******, who is our most senior technician, is the one who did the repair and the diagnosis. Please let us know a good time to reach you and we would be glad to address all of your concerns.

      If I could give Nalley Honda of Union City a ZERO score I definitely would! I have dealt with many Auto Dealer and purchase many vehicles in my 66 years of life and Nalley Honda is the most worst awful and unethical Auto Dealer Ship I have ever dealt with. As stated in other customers complaints/review you cannot trust the Managers/Salesmen either. My bad experience with Nalley Honda of Union City was with the purchase of a vehicle that was sold with a malfunction engine that blew shortly after purchasing the vehicle, and a bad headliner etc. I spoke with the to the general manager to try and solve the problem. The general manager stated for me to get the headliner repaired and they would reimburse me once I provide the receipt, but this did not happen. After going back and forth and during one of my visit back to the dealership to discuss the issue, the salesman who sold me the car told me we can take this outside, as if it he wanted to cause an altercation about the conversation on the issue and during all this the sales managers was present during the entire conversation and did not even intervene not once. Although I did not go outside per the salesman request, later I decide to do a group demonstration on Nalley Honda in Union City. During the demonstration someone from Nalley Honda called the police and Nalley Honda was told by the law enforcers that there was nothing they could do as long as we were not on their property. After doing the group demonstration on a Saturday, on Monday 02/06/2023 I received a call from the Sale Manager, (the same manager present when his salesman told me lets take the conversation outside) he ask me what can they do to make the issue right, I responded take the car back and issue my money back. The sales manager told me to give him 2 days and he will get back with me, today is Sunday 02/12/2023 and I have not heard from the sales manager. I guess this was just another untruthful response from the Sales Manager/Nalley Honda.

      ****, we are quite surprised to see your review. Due to your personal relationship with our salesperson, we went above and beyond for you on the vehicle that you purchased. We initially invested almost $5,000 in the vehicle to ensure its reliability and dependability; ************** even drove the vehicle home, himself. You came back in five months later stating that the vehicle was hard to start and was losing oil pressure; we had the vehicle diagnosed and performed testing of all systems within Honda specs and it was determined that due to a maintenance issue created by the place that performed an oil change the vtc actuator was not getting proper pressure which can cause intermittent starting issues and the rattling of the valve train. We performed an oil change to proper levels and an oil consumption test was done. That was over $300 additional work that we did at no cost to you, which we were not obligated to do. You did say that you wanted to have the headliner repaired and I told you that if you decided to do that to bring me the receipt and I would reimburse you. We did not hear anything from you about any other concerns or issues until you showed up two weeks ago with your demonstration. The police were called because you and your demonstrators were telling our guest to not do business with us and were constantly walking, back and forth, across our entrance.       Update-I got contacted by ***************************** and he asked me what they can do for me to change or delete my review, I explain to him that if they offer something I can delete the review and break even for the time I wasted there, he said he was going to send me an all weather carpet for the car and ask me to delete the review right away, I was going to wait to get the carpet to delete the review but I never got the carpet. I emailed him to see if he was still going to do that, is been a month and no response so I guess that was another trick and lie from them to have me delete the review.Advise-If you get a good deal here, make sure you check the number once you get there because they will try to trick you to pay more (probably standard with dealers). Do not trust anyone there, even if they are the manager, they will try to trick you, check the numbers and don't let them decide for you.Original review:Tried to give me another car (same model but other *** #)that was more expensive and had to waste over 1.5 hour until they finally agreed on the price we already agreed before going there. Had to deal with 3 vendors and 2 sales managers. Manager was in a bad mood because I detected all his lies including that the car with the *** I wanted was sold, not professional at all, the other 3 sales person seems to have more customer service than both the sales managers. After signing the order, the process for them to pass it to finance and finance to process it took over 3.5 hours. The finance person looked like he hates been there, taking the papers in a bad way after I sign it. Probably one of the worst experience buying a car, especially when all was agreed before hand. So much time wasted.

      I made a 12:30 appointment for July 12, 2022 to bring my **** Acura MDX to Nalley Honda ********************************************************************* for an ** issue. My vehicle was blowing mildly cool air and I wanted it fixed . Ive been a loyal customer since 2012. After a day and a half I had not been contacted by text, email or phone as to the status of my car so I stopped by to find out (after 4 failed attempts of reaching anyone by phone). I asked my service advisor whom Ive had interactions with for more than 8 years (********************), if he could give me an update on my vehicle. He stated that my car needed a compressor, engine, possibly an alternator and that my car was running hot. I had been driving my car weeks earlier and NEVER had an overheating issue. I informed him that Nalley had replaced my engine, ** compressor in 2017 and had also replaced my transmission in 2019. He didnt remember that I had already had those things done and was not prepared when I pulled out my meticulously kept records that I placed on the counter for him to view.******************** informed me that they would need to charge an additional $400 dollars to find out why the car was overheatingin which it had not been over heating. After seeing a picture of my dash board that the technician had taken, displaying my temp-gauge in the hot zone, I noticed that more than a quarter tank of gas had been used. When I returned home 30 minutes later, I received an email from Nalley indicating that they were sorry that I had missed my appointment and that I should contact them to reschedule. I realized that the dealership had not actually checked my car in until the second day after that I had already been been quoted the and cost associated with the repair which came to over $12,000. I had been quoted a price to fix my car before anyone had actually look it! I went back to Nalley Honda of Union City GA and picked my car up and took it home.The car is running fine even with though the ** yet need to be repaired.

While we absolutely appreciate your loyalty, we would like to point out that when you dropped off your vehicle at Nalley Honda on July 12, 2022, you provided a typed letter of issues that you had prior to this visit. *** letter Reads:On February 26, 2022 ***** in Fayetteville did an oil change & tire rotation, 4 new rotors & 4 new brakes at ****** miles. **** seven days later on March 5, 2022 I noticed antifreeze pouring from my radiator. So I took my vehicle back to ***** in Fayetteville and they replaced the radiator @ ****** miles. *** next day March 6, 2022 I realized that my ** was not working and took it back to ***** in Fayetteville. *** technician reconnected the grounds cables I believe and then the ** was working. But since then Ive noticed that when the vehicle is not moving, the ** is not putting out cold air. It is not until the vehicle is in motion that the cold air begins to blow again. Also Ive noticed that the radiator fan runs 10 to 20 minutes after the care if off and it drains the battery so that I have to jump the vehicle off. Please check the grounding connections for the radiator fan! Your details in this review failed to describe the fact that your radiator had been pouring antifreeze and had to be replaced by ***** after having had a service performed at ***** in February. Given these details, it is not inconceivable that the vehicle could have had damage from that incident. We understand that it is disappointing to be presented with an unexpected major repair quote, however, we stand behind our diagnosis.

      I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from ***** Honda (big mistake) started having so many problems with after 2 or 3 yrs. I traded the car, the salesman advertised me that I had equality and I can get money back from my ************** This was in December 2020 now it's 7/2022 still haven't received my money!! ?? They have been giving me a bunch of bs!!

      Scheduled two appointments to have keys made for my vehicle, no one knew about my car being on the yard after the tow company delivered it. Went the next day for a third appointment for the same issue and a ticket wasn't made for my car after after a representative I spoke with directly texted his cohorts about my car the day prior. No sense of urgency or care for others with the staff. No one would answer the phone, no one knows what's going on.
