              This dealership has stressed me for the last 2 months and I am pregnant. ***********************, ****, and ***** the accountant has done nothing but lie. I am waiting on a check and has yet to be mailed and the dealership is giving me the run around. I spoke with **** *** and they told me they approved my rental reimbursement and was waiting on the dealership to send their paperwork in so I can be mailed a check. Well everyone at the dealership is giving me the run around and lying like they did when my car was in the dealership and they didnt even know my car had been towed in. It took me 2 days to get my car towed in and all the service advisor *********************** do was lie to me. Then **** told me she was taking time out her busy schedule to help me and got very smart and inappropriate when I told her everyone is lying to me. Im a paying customer you are supposed to help me! All the accountant has done was lie to me a lot help me at all I really need someone to help me so I can get my money back for my rental bc they kept my car for weeks and couldnt give me a loaner . I have never seen a business like this and when I do receive my check I dont ever want to have to deal with this dealership ever again. They have stressed me out completely.

              Based on my most recent disappointing visit to the Jim Ellis Ford on 09/19/22, in my opinion - this dealership's ****************** is an embarrassment to the *** Ellis family. In setting up my appointment, it was represented to me by their Service BDC that I would receive the Twilight Special pricing for The Works for my appointment at 2:00 pm, and that she would put a notation in the file that I should get $14 off the regular $79.95 price (so it was supposed to be $65.95 plus tax). Second, I was told it would take 2 hours. Third, I was told the 2 hour wait would include a complimentary car was.Well, they struck out on each of their 3 representations. I ended up paying $95.18, it took 3 hours, and I didn't get a car wash. Since then, I have corresponded with the Service Advisor, the Service BDC and also the Service Manager. It seemed that Jim Ellis Ford was about to do the right thing and issue a refund to me (per representations by the Service Advisor), but then the Service Manager got involved as of 09/23/22. And he indicated he would get to the bottom of my 3 concerns/issues and get back to me. I was asked to give him through 09/26/22 so that he could get with his Office Manager. I have sent 3 reply emails to the Service Manager since the 23rd, and he has yet to respond. And I never heard anything else back from the other 2 employees.In the past, I purchased a vehicle from *** Ellis VW, and I bought my Explorer from Nalley **** (prior to *** Ellis acquiring it). Needless to say, after the way they treated me on 09/19/22 and since then, I would not recommend Jim Ellis Ford to anyone - especially their ******************.I am a retiree on a fixed income, and I was relying on getting the pricing they represented to me of $65.95 + tax, plus a free car wash. But they pulled what looks to be a bait & switch on me. The Service Advisor did say that I could come back to get a wash - but I told the Service Manager, no thanks. It's too far of a drive for that.

              I called ******************** and apologized. I am mailing him a refund check for $40 and I also will give him his next service on me. This was an error on our part that we should have handled immediately.

              This has to be the worse service department that I have ever encountered. I had my car towed to Ford service at 7:30 am. I had to call them at 9:30am to see if they received my car. ****** ****** picked up the phone and originally had no idea what I was talking about. Then when she realized what car I was talking about but they couldn't find the key. I asked her why I hadn't received a call by now. She claims she did call but someone named ****** ******* picked up, at this point I was truly annoyed with her service. At the end of the call she said they had the car and they were working on it. A couple hours later I call for an update and they can't find the keys to my car. They spent the whole day looking for the keys. It wasn't until the next day that ***** ***** reached out to inform me what was wrong with my car. The repairs were very expensive so I asked him to price out the car for me. I never received a call back and I probably would have traded in the car. The worse service ever, ***'t wast your time coming here!
