May I had my vehicle serviced someone removed the engine coolant reservoir cap. My SUV overheated I looked under the hood and saw that the cap was missing. AAA towed. I called ***** to tell them the problem and to buy another cap. The man started yelling over the phone, and blamed me. After I realized I couldnt reason with him, I went online and bought the cap and later learn they sabotaged the reservoir by pouring something dark inside the reservoir. I paid Lithia Springs Ford to flush the reservoir it cost me $124.96. They are very disrespectful, even over the phone. They are hostile and are hard to reason with. They made me show them my driving route, one road in particular, ******* Road. They even invited themselves inside my home. I said no to that. Had teens at that location picking at me. I stopped letting them take me home, its supposed to be a courtesy of ****. *************************. ***************************. ***************** and others. These are the ones I have a constant conflict with. If need be, I can send you a copy of the receipt for the repair. I had to buy a engine coolant reservoir cap. Someone at that location removed the cap, the man over the phone became hostile in my effort to replace the cap. Im 67 years old, they should not verbally attack me.They refuse to talk to me, I do not have a speech problem. The receipt is larger than the max **** 5 Mb to upload. I use to write reviews of my service with ****, they became hostile and threatened me with physical abuse. I stopped writing the reviews, my opinion of the service I receive any where is necessary as a consumer and a customer. I am responsible for my SUV I was not supposed to be charged for the alignment and for them to drain and replace the coolant. AFRAID TO TALK TO THEM. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. I was charged for the alignment, the accident happed December 2022, they did not test drive my SUV. The alignment would have been obvious. ************.
