      On 11/27/2023 I signed for purchase of 2021 GMC Acadia Denali as advertised by *** Ellis Buick GMC. The car was to be delivered the following week. Prior to then I emailed sales rep ************************* asking him to make sure the first second third rows and cargo all weather liners were in the car when delivered. The car was delivered with no all weather liners and no carpet floor mats! The dealership advertised the vehicle for sale with both included. I immediately called and text regarding the liners. I was assured theyd be delivered. I gave the dealer a check completing the purchase expecting theyd deliver the mats and liners. The carpet mats were delivered and the liners were not. As such I called dealership and spoke to manager ***** who told me the liners should have been included and would be sent or made available for pick up. ***** said he would call me back to confirm if liners were available for pick up. He never called and each time I called he is unavailable and doesnt return my calls. I want the all weather liners for the first second third rows and cargo delivered to my house.

      I took my Hyundai Accent here to get looked at. They quoted me about $1,800 worth of work that needed done to fix the issues I was having, including replacing the after market O2 sensor with an official Hyundai one, and needing to replace parts of the engine cylinder due to it leaking oil all over the spark plugs, which now also needed replaced. They informed me that my check engine light was on because of the O2 sensor being after market and they found the issue with oil leaking and spark plugs through a visual inspection. Rather than get the work there, I took it to my mechanic to look at it. He informed me that there is no oil leaking in my car and the spark plugs were fine. He then replaced the O2 sensor with one from Hyundai and the check engine light is still coming on. I was extremely disappointed to learn that this dealership had lied about the oil and spark plug issue. Getting those fixed alone would have cost me several hundred dollars, and it made me never want to visit here again since they were lying.
