    I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord in 2021. Ever since then I have come back to this dealership because of mechanical problems they did not do. The car is a certified pre-owned vehicle and they did NOT do a full inspection as they should. After only 2 months of driving the vehicle locally in the city I had to get an oil change. At the time the mechanic manager ***** informed that an inspection was NEVER performed. All of the repairs I'm speaking of happened within one year of me purchasing the vehicle. Shortly after my tires went flat (with all 4 needing replacement), my battery has died, diagnostic cord had to be replaced due to a shortage in the wiring so I could get emissions checked. Now a new occurrence, my fuel pump/injectors have gone bad and there is a recall for that part of my vehicle. In all instances I have spoken with management *************************** who threatened to call the police because I asked that they do the right thing by repairing my battery. Service manager ******************* who I spoke with after they serviced my vehicle for fuel injectors on December 9, 2023 and now my brakes are squeaking of which ************* stated they would not service a repair if I need one and left my diagnostic cord hanging out after I received service from them. I inquired my power train warranty with ***************************** fixed operations director who informed RUDELY that even though I have a power train problem with my fuel injectors, that part is not apart of my warranty and he did NOT have time to give me a list of what is covered under my warrant. He did not have time to help a customer putting my life and my family's life on the line because the problem effects my engine. The engine can shut down or stall causing an accident. I've had to return so many times the service advisors know my name and I know there's.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. The comments are correct. They are a money hungry organization that will give you the run around in regard's to them processing money that is owed to you. I have been getting the run around from Stone crest Honda since October 2023.
