    I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic back in September and was told that it was a certified Honda vehicle and that it had 2 complimentary oil changes. I know that a Honda Certified vehicle costs more and I also bought the vehicle for that reason. I went to go get my free oil change in November at the Honda dealership on ************** and they told me that they didnt see any free oil changes on the vehicle. I called Shottenkirk and they said that I did have complimentary oil changes since it was a certified car. They told me that they would fix it and I paid out of pocket for that oil change. I was also promised a spare set of keys which I havent received despite calling and messaging ************* (the salesman who sold me the car.) I havent received the keys to this day and I even drove to Cartersville from Ringgold to pick them up a week after purchasing the car. I went back a few days ago to get my oil changed and this time the ************** dealership said that there were not any oil changes on the vehicle and even said that the vehicle was not certified by Honda. They printed out the screen where it would show that it is certified and I called Shottenkirk. I called them 3 times that day and they took my name and number and promised to call me back. No call back, so I called the next day and the same thing. Was promised to get a call back, so today I called again and same thing. I have been told by multiple sales managers that they would call me back. The dealership was fraudulent by telling me it was a certified vehicle and even listing the car as so. I am also still missing the complimentary oil changes and the spare keys. I have not received one call back as well. I know that this is auto misrepresentation and is not acceptable. Especially since I paid extra and even decided to buy this vehicle because it was certified.

    Ive never been so humiliated by a company. I went to purchase a Honda Crv that was advertised online. I drove almost 200 miles to see this car because the price was good. However, the salesman told me that although the price was correct, I had to purchase their special add-on warranty treatments which I knew to be totally worthless. After over two hours of negotiations, I still was forced to pay an additional $500. I would have walked away from the whole deal except we had driven so far and the car was in immaculate condition. They also lied about the existing manufactures warranty. They told me outright lies of all the things that were not covered hoping I would buy their expensive 3rd party warranty. I checked with Honda later to confirm they lied. Their deception should be criminal
