I would strongly discourage ANYONE from purchasing a vehicle at this ALM or any ALM for that matter. The brand itself has a bad reputation, but I took a chance in purchasing a vehicle that I wanted because they had it and they proved all the bad reviews, correct.They lie to you to get you to make the purchase and they dont follow through with the promises made before the paperwork is completed. Just tacky business ethics! Ive spoken to my sales person *******, as well as a multitude of other managers in this place and not one person has been any help or shown any integrity for that matter.I even contacted the *** of ALM and he was absolutely no help either. Lying to customer just to sell cars is horrible business practice & the managers backing their lying staff is even worse.Had they resolved my issue I was not going to leave a review but I bought the car in September. Its now January the issue wasnt resolved and so Im taking the necessary next, steps but I dont want other customers to get done the way that I was done dealing with ******* and the Leadership at this dealership. Do better!

""Customer Alert""This is a very honest review. Please, don't ignore it. I have had the chance to work for ALM Kennesaw for a month. During that time period, I came to know that they are just a bunch of thieves as I saw many shady practices there. They are running a fraud business by taking advantage of the customers who really need a vehicle.They train their salesmen to rip the customers off in terms of so called Motor Trend Certification and Paint and Fabric Protection. It's just a fraud. People: Never Buy It.They will add thousands of dollars in terms of these warranties and charge you a higher APR and you will end up paying thousands of dollars extra.Secondly, all of their luxury vehicles; ************** ***** Land Rover, Tesla, etc. have Lemon Titles. Lemon Title and Buy Back vehicles have major mechanical issues in the past and were sold in the auction for cheap. ALM buys these vehicles and sell them at double price to people. This is how they make big money.They do not tell the customers about it as the salesmen are trained not to inform the customer about "Lemon Title" vehicles. People: Please beware of them other wise you will end up paying thousands of dollars in expensive repairs.The Managers ******************* and ************************* are running all this fraud. They are just thieves and steal money from people by selling them vehicles at a higher price by adding all these fake warranties. You get those add ons but at the end you pay from your pocket. ************************* is a thief. He will promise you everything and will block you later on. Total Fraud!!!!!!

Unfortunately, *** confirms the worst "used car salesman" cliches. We purchased a 2020 Kia ******* from *** in November 2022. We've purchased private party in the past and always gotten our own inspection. However, the *** buying process was incredibly seamless and our salesman was extremely friendly and helpful; we made the mistake of trusting the *** service department report instead of getting our own inspection. In particular, we were told the car had "four new tires."Turns, out we had two tire leaks within a month of purchase; the "new" tires were barely passable used tires, four different brands, from other cars. We're replacing all four less than six months in. In addition, when I took it in to our usual shop for an oil change, we were told that both battery and brakes already need to be replaced. The worst issue is a leaking CV boot. This is an unusual repair for a car of this age and the part is only available from the dealer. It will cost us thousands.Ultimately this is on us for not getting our own inspection -- but *** has not offered to budge an inch in addressing any of these issues... even the tire leak that occurred within weeks of purchase.

ALM Kennesaw had the best price on a *** 430 I could find in Atlanta. The operations manager went above normal practice and had a strong deal ready upon my arrival. Financing was a breeze. I was in and out in no time. Thanks for the phenomenal service!

After financing a vehicle with ******* at ******************, my tag failed to come in the mail. I went to the tag office to get a temporary tag. Then the tag office told me, this will be the last tag I can get because ALM did not do my paperwork correctly. I also had to get emissions done to my surprise. When I told ******* this, instead of taking ownership, he gave me Corporates number. He then stopped all communication with me and avoided ************* has not fixed this now have they called me back. Now my temp tag will run out soon and then I wont be able to drive my car! Horrible Service!!! I will continue to blast this company.

If one person changes his/her mind upon reading my review, it would have accomplished its objective. Back in April 2021, I negotiated the purchase of a vehicle with a young salesman at ALM Kennesaw. I later found out that he inflated the price by $1000.00 over the listed internet price. When I brought the matter to his manager's attention, he refused to reduce the price. I asked him to split the difference. Again, he refused outright.Moreover, a vehicle inspection performed by a reputable the manufacturer's repair shop determined that tires and wipers needed to be replaced and the throttle body cleaned. The salesman agreed to the tires' replacement, and i agreed to do the remaining repairs. As you might expect, he did not honor the agreement. The two that I dealt with, both the salesman and the sales manager, have shown themselves to be dishonest and disreputable. To anyone doing business with them, make sure any agreement is documented and signed. Otherwise, you run the risk of a distasteful experience as I did. A star-rating of 0 (zero) is not allowed, so they earn 1 (one) star.
