Smith, ********************************************* LLP (SGR), the law firm representing ***** Fargo (**), is pursuing me for debt collection relating to my *** loan, & SGR/***** Fargo is unfairly liquidating my business's building @*******************************************************; SGR is harassing/threatening to *** me for collection of the *** debt that ** directly caused me to be delinquent on WITHOUT GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO CURE THE DEFAULT BY WORKING WITH ME during the 2 + year self-investigation. The legal letter stated that the building will be sold in a tax *********** need me to let them in the property. But for almost 3 yrs ** has not responded to any of my communication attempts but NOW **/SGR WANT TO TALK! Why is it that no one wanted to talk to me for almost 3 yrs when I reached out multiple times to cure my default? I also set up meetings with ready-to-lend working capital lenders who wanted to have good faith discussions with fair dealings but it took 7 months for ** to get back to me with a poorly crafted excuse that I did not sign a borrowers consent form but no one said anything about prior conference calls where a borrowers consent form was never mentioned. So we lost working capital opportunities but now they want to talk & liquidate my business. This has to be illegal & unethical & I will also file a complaint with the ******* Bar Association.They want me to contact *****************************, the ** loan officer. And **/SGR is demanding immediate payment of the loan which has ballooned to $1.7m from the original $1.5m loan.The biggest SGR unethical & possible illegal conduct is no performance of any due diligence with documentation: a) verify detailed responses cross-referencing all of my *************** have legal grounds for a tax sale?THE BIG QUESTION: IF SGR HAS DETAILED RESPONSES CROSS-REFERENCING MY CLAIMS, THEN WHY CAN'T THEY SEND IT TO ME? SHOW ME THE DOCUMENT & THEN I WILL TALK TO **.On 07/20/22, I also filed a CFPB complaint & would like an answer before any tax sale.
