Today (09/19/22), **** was scheduled to come to repair our dishwasher and he refused to do so. We waited for him for 3 weeks to get the part and come back. He was contracted by American Home Shield Warranty. He first came here on (8/6/22) and he said that the initial repair person contracted by American Home Shield had clamped the dishwasher hose so tight that is what caused the leak. He also said that she did not prop the dishwasher up under the counter and that is another reason why it was leaking for all of these months and why the dishwasher was not pushed fully under the counter and was sticking out. Her negligence caused a major flooding issue. That was information **** gave from his initial visit. Then today, **** said I cant touch the dishwasher because it is uninstalled. I told him the water mitigation team had to move the dishwasher in order to dry the floor, walls and ceilings that were affected by the flooding. He refused to put the part on the dishwasher even though he had access to it and we asked him to go ahead and do the repair even if you cant reinstall it. He called American Home Shield to see if they would approve him to reinstall the dishwasher and repair it and **** said they denied the request. What he means by install is just to push it back under the counter. He didnt want to do any work and refused to work. He then threatened to beat my a** (the profane word for butt) and then left my house using more profanity. He was yelling and screaming in my house and in my driveway. He did this in front of our neighbors waiting for their children at the bus stop across the street. He used a lot of profanity, and he is a very large man with lots of tattoos and should not be threatening me (a woman) and my daughter in this way. He was so angry that he left his cell phone in my kitchen when he stormed out of my house. I've contacted the police about his threat. We really need help with getting all of this resolved.
