    On Tuesday August 29th at 10:47PM,We did an apartment application, with my partner *************************** being the head of house hold. We were denied due to credit on August 30th. Which was fine but before, during and after this applications process. We were told by the entire staff of **************** Apartments that we will receive a refund of the admin fee. Which was the amount of $100.00. After I called to get further details on the application on August 30 around the hours of 9-2pm the women then told me that the refund will be tooking care of in a *** of 6 weeks, during this time I called 2 or more times within those 6 weeks we got from the but to wait the 6 weeks. So we wait the entire 6 weeks and we called around October 10th and they still have no information. We went to the apartments and spoke to the Property Manager and she did a double check on the address, which was correct and how long we waited . She said she will get back to us and never did. I called them a few times and nothing, they said they will have the property manager call me and contant corporate. We heard nothing back. So on November 18th a property tour person called about having a miss call from us and I spoke about the situation, she told me that they dont know. She can't give me corporate information and that I will have to file a dispute on my own with my bank. I just wanted to money refunded that they said will be refunded. I never received anything from them and they can't give me anything in regards to what happened or where it is. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. All I would like at this time is the $100.00 admin fee back that they marketed would be refundable.
