I wish there were zero stars. I moved in a week ago. Rats. Roaches. No intention on fixing anything. Do not move here you will regret it.

This place is a major disappointment. They let all their resident live in harsh condition and have no compassion to fix anything. The staff is terrible and unprofeesional. Nothing is done on time or it is always incomplete. They always demand a work order and never complete them. I have electrical issues, pest issues, constant plunging and leak issues, and can never get a working dishwasher. I have asked for a working dishwasher since they brought the place. They swore I was getting a new one. I never did. In the mean time the supervisor maintains man has made disrespectful jokes towards me.My right arm( dominate hand) is injured. Asked about the dishwasher I was met with harsh words. He told me buy paper plates or to use my left hand. They laughed. I then had to have a intense eye surgery. Before surgery i went to ask again.The owner happen to be there that day and told them to put me in for a new dishwasher. She also promised me that it will be there that Friday.I was shocked they never order one to begin with. I finally had my surgery. I had to get out of my bed on a Fri from Trying to properly heal to once again ask about the dishwasher. I went and the leasing manager said it is on the way. They came to my house with a used broken dishwasher, also he said rats chewed threw the old one. Went in Sat. Asking for proper names and their bosses email address. She then gave me improper info. Came back Mon not only about the dishwasher and email but now we have another leak which ruined some of our furniture and things we have sentimental value to.When I came in I walked up to the new hire who has lied. The other leasing lady who name start with a L walks out of her office and up to my face accusing me of being aggresive and cussing on Sat. I was confused then she aggressively put her hand near my face knowing I just had eye surgery. When i told her i was uncomfortable she threw me out. I had to call the police just for proper info. He was also giving improper info.

This place is horrible. I moved in a few months ago and none of my service requests get addressed. If they try to address it, they do quick fixes that never work then I have to redo requests that never get addressed. I have leaks and windows with gaps where bugs come in. I also have a ***** problem in which I've been providing my own pest control yet being forced to pay for their pest control which they never provide. Water is always being shut off, many times without warning. Management has already been changed twice since I've been here. Trash is overflowing and people leave trash outside of trash bins and trash is left around the property. There's trash outside the building that never gets touched by maintenance. There are also roaches outside in the complex. They never open the on site laundry facility and the pool is dirty. This place is not worth your money or going through the stress of living in a disgusting apartment. The management can care less about the tenets. It's sickening.

Worst place Ive ever lived, they have horrible management, nothing gets done in a timely manner. Management continues to give the run around about basic issues concerning your unit. Its always someone elses fault.
