    Despite multiple complaints lodged with the apartment management regarding a noisy neighbor, I have experienced a lack of resolution or adequate response from the management team. The persistent noise disturbances, particularly during early morning 8am and late night 10pm, have significantly disrupted my peace and quality of life within the premises.I have made 10 formal complaints to the apartment management, providing detailed information about the disturbances, including dates and times. Unfortunately, my efforts to seek resolution through communication with the management have been unproductive.The continuous disturbance has affected my ability to enjoy a peaceful living environment, impacting my sleep, daily activities, and overall well-being.Despite my repeated requests for the apartment management to take appropriate action against the noisy neighbor, there has been a blatant disregard for my concerns. I am now seeking the intervention of the Better Business Bureau to ensure that Parkwood Village Apartments addresses this issue promptly and implements measures to prevent such disturbances in the future.I request that the apartment management takes immediate and effective action to address the noise complaints and ensures a peaceful living environment for all residents. Additionally, I urge Parkwood Village Apartments to implement measures to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.I have attached copies of the formal complaints I submitted to the apartment management, including any written responses received.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Better Business Bureau will assist in bringing about a resolution to this ongoing issue. If further information is required, please do not hesitate to contact me Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Sleeping in my car is better than living here. 1 my front door wasn't even connected to the foundation and was sinking down. The supports under the floor would shake and creek with the lightest touch. In the 2 years I was their (in a studio then a 1 bed &bath ) nothing was even fixed that we reported, in the 1&1 the a/c never worked and they "fixed it" all they did was take it from another unit that was empty. Despite that it flooded our living room 2 times cause they didn't install properly. Took them 3 weeks to finally replace the carpet and when they did they didn't tell us and had a random man walk into our apt hear the shower running and decide to knock on the door and ask if he should come back. When I confronted the office about it they said it was an emergency *** didn't have to tell us when the carpet flooded 3 weeks about and he was just replacing the pads. They are the most rude people when all you do is ask them to do their job. They claim to not call repair people and just get called when someone is in the area insuring that they let a random person who could not even work for the company into Apts. Around 2 months before me moved out we noticed that the water heater has been leaking to the floor *** rotted out most of the laundry room, so when they fixed it they reinstalled the old heater that didn't work so we had no hot water for 2 days but didn't even install a pan to catch the water. Finally they raised rent on us 2 times in 1 year when if anything our quality of life in the apt when down more. The place deserves to be Condemned and burned down I would rather be homeless than live here willingly. I am never one to complain about simple things but I have never wanted people fired and places shut down more in my life they are just lazy bare minimum collecting money from people who can't go anywhere else. I am sorry I can't spell and write gibberish but if any 3rd party company can inspect them please do it.
