Since living at an ******************** I have had not one but multiple cars vandalized multiple times. There have been a string of car thefts and robberies in the community and management did not notify any of the residents. When I reported the vandalism to the property the manager ******** laughed in my face and said it wasn't their problem and that's why I had insurance. When I asked to leave due to my safety concerns I was told by the same property manager that I had to pay 4 times the rent to leave which is a violation of tenants' rights in the state of Georgia. I choose to turn the other cheek and let the matter go. Six months later my newly purchased *** was vandalized in the parking lot. I then went to the property manager ******* and I was told I can only leave if it was in 7 days and after 7 days it would be double. Then she told me I could transfer to another property for free and I accepted. Then I was told that since I only had the police report for one event and not the second which was not complete at the time because I just reported it. Then I paused the move until the police investigation was completed. By then there was a new property manager which was the 3rd in 6 months and more problems arrived. The person in charge of office paperwork didn't process the transfer paperwork correctly and everything in the system was entered as if I was a new resident. Because no one in the front office reattached my insurance the system fined me for no insurance even though they had it on file. When I reached out to the same property manager ******** via email she ignored me and the system charged me anyway When I made multiple calls to the new property manager regarding the money I was ignored and told they refunded it when they never did. Now I am told by that manager to go to court because they are not paying me or letting me leave. They have stolen from me and put my life in danger multiple times.
