Air feels better, and I breathe and sleep better. I have asthma and the unit seems to be helping that, since it filters out dust and cat hair. Very quiet unit.Review from Mike B

Outstanding customer experience and ever so thankful for the advice and help that Sylvane offered me in helping to make the decision to buy from Sylvane. I have a number of technical questions and the Sylvane support staff was extremely helpful in considering all of the different installation options for the Aprilaire 80E. Its not ever one day that one reaches out to sales and technical support and get the level of professionalism and technical advice that I experienced. I was extremely pleased with the free shipping and the speed in which the Aprilaire 80 pint dehumidifier arrived in. Granted Federal Express unfortunately delivered the well marked Aprilaire shipping box with the the dehumidifier upside down. We let it settle for over 24 hours and everything worked just fine. Amazing that people don't read caution labels. All in all, we are very pleased with sales and service from Sylvane and will continue to do business with a top-notch outfit that they are. 100% satisfaction
