November of 2020 I purchased A 2014 FOREST RIVER CRUSADER 5TH WHEEL RV from **** RV in Conway Arkansas. This purchase was made while in the process of selling my home in Myrtle Mississippi and working in Little Rock Arkansas. It was for me to live in while waiting for the house to sell. I financed the RV through TTCU of Oklahoma for $28,146.03 also made a down payment of 900.00. making the entire sale price 29,046.03. The Camper was delivered 12th of November. The person that brought the camper was reckless with it and in the process of parking it he backed into the front of the camper. He also while setting it up broke the door latch. Moix was notified and offered to replace the door or just refund 500 for it. We were assured that the unit had been thoroughly inspected and that everything was in working order. Needless to say the propane tanks were empty and many things were wrong with the RV. 1. Roof Leak, 2. Heater not working,3. Stove vent not working (had a birdnest in it, tells me they did not inspect it). 4. Leak behind commode. 5. Screen door was broke, 6. Leather couch peeling after first time sitting on it. This is just the beginning of the nightmare. I filled the propane tanks and tried to turn the heat. We started to smell gas and the heater wouldnt start. They sent someone out to look at it. He had to order a part and said it was fixed. NO it wasn't and we were smelling gas. The Camper was then taken to Moix for repairs. 12/10-12/13 at moix for repair Heater/ leaks 12/15-12/22 at Moix for repair heater and roof again 01/10/2021-01/14/2021 back for repairs again roof and heater 01/15 video of heater not working sent to Manager BACK AND FORTH TO MOIX 5 TIMES WITHOUT FIXING 01/18 Camper to Moix again New roof on unit and still leaking heater still not fixed FEB THROUGH APRIL- tired of moving in and out of unit House sold and moved out to my home in April notified them to get it fixed, they broke the auto leveler and didnt pickup til 07/15
