I have parked in this lot many times over the years, but it’s been a while. Today the payment kiosk was disabled and I had to text them and pay with a credit card. I sent the text as I walked to my meeting. Once in the office I logged in to pay, had to add credit card info, etc. I paid for 5 hours, then in the afternoon I find an envelope on my car with a ticket saying I owe them $60. They said I didn’t pay fast enough. I paid 24 minutes after the text , and the limit is 10 minutes. I think they are running a scam. I explained this was my first time using the online platform, I did not see any signs with clear instructions, so they offered to settle for $50. I told them they were being unethical and cheating people, and then spoke to a manager, still no relief. However, I offered to pay $20 just to make this go away. They refused and offered me the $50. I said no, and told the Mgr to be sure and note everything. I told her I would pay $20 or nothing, and if they didn’t settle with me, I will tell my staff, customers, friends and relatives to never park there again. I guess that didn’t matter. I tried to be fair.

Best Park. I like the new pay signs but you'll might want to check the one at 6 and Scott multi level parking. I park there just about every day in spot 61 and I used the new text to pay and used the code LR 285. I paid my 4.80 ar 7:01 am on April 26, 2022 only to come out at 1 pm and I had a ticket wrote at 11:03 am. Your text app registered my vehicle at the wrong lot and I got a a ticket. My receipt and the ticket had two different addresses 198 e th street my receipt and 619 Scott street on the ticket where I park so when whoever scanned my tag 895ZCU it looked as if I didn't pay when I did. Could someone please take care of this citation PCA-M-000124. I have my receipt showing I paid before 9 am for all day for 12 hours and also the ticket . Also the recovery place you'll start using has over 347 complaints with the BBB. I called them several times at the number on the ticket and the lady just pick up the phone and put you on hold and never pick back up. Your parking is a convenience to me but if it's not going to register my vehicle at the correct parking I will park elsewhere or at the parking meters on the street for $2.75. Thanks Melissa.
