              I can not cancel my Subscription to the Southwest Times Record. The automated answering service does not have a cancel subscription choice and their helpful Web Site does not have a cancel subscription choice either. Illegal billing and marketing practices by the Southwest Times Record, Fort Smith, Arkansas. 72903. Online it says I can contact their Customer Service office online however when I did they sent a automated response that suggested I call the automated response phone number, that does not allow me to cancel my subscription. This is their Customer Service Response. *****This email is an automated notification. Please do not reply to this email, as this inbox is not monitored.***** Thank you for contacting us! We appreciate your patience and will respond as quickly as we are able.
