I had been introduced to American Equity Funding, INC. from a flyer since last year. I took a little bit in verifying their reviews and my personal circumstances needs and eventually returned an initiations email with Ryan. After this it's been a beyond PROMPT, professional and Trustworthy process with all involved in the Closing of my sold note to AEF, Inc. It has been a huge weight off my shoulders, and mental state & this is worth everything to me. I still have a few active notes available, and I will without hesitations be returning to Steve, Joyce, and Ryan who have all been absolutely outstanding and true to their words via emails responses. Even whenever I felt insecure about signing over my documents, and property ahead of the final funding I was reassured every step of the final steps and received nothing but fast, prompt and accurate complete process.
